1. everything in the bodybuilding magazines is a scam and garbage talk
2. everybody has different genetics, why the fuck would u follow someone elses routine
3. up ur ego and forget about the strength

there u go :
best possible way to lose fat is to go for diet based on high protein/zero carbs/really low fat , what means u up the protein for muscle gain and u lower the calories to lose body fat and eat just a little fats for the healthier life and the power u need daily

are you sure its his training? anyone can write a training routine and say its arnold's or someone else's, ive got no idea what his training looks like but im not sure if its going to work well for you because he was on lots of aas so he based his training on it also he wasnt cutting..
you can give it a try but my best advice is to test everything u get in mind and find what works best for you, it will take time but its the best way to go for it, about loosing fat there is no better way than dropping ur calories and doing cardio

Found this on bodybuilding and yes its his trainning. There is a build and cut version. Iso cut version

Genetic variation is NOT a reason why the same program can't work for everybody.
