Eat less calories, move more.

You can get up and walk, jog, run, jump rope, swim, do backflips, or anything else you can imagine but just get up and move.

I'm not eating a lot, i just might be eating too many calories. I'll just buy veggies then lmfao, I sleep during the day and stay up at night , and theres nothing to eat at night os I just wait til the morning to eat :lol:
