You could do sensodyne for sensitive teeth, but if your toothache persists make sure it's not an ear infection or a cavity. You can also take NSAIDS as mentioned earlier for systematic relief. Combine sensodyne + advil for relief if it's really bad.

If the pain is bad enough no ibuprofen or oral anesthetic is going to work. You need to find some clove oil and put it directly on the infected tooth.

Orajel if you just want to numb the pain. Dentist visit if it doesn't get better.

Whats so funny? You obviously haven't had a horrible toothace before. Sometimes Ibuprofen, NSAIDs, and Ora-Gel don't work, but clove oil does.

Clove oil does the same thing orajel does. I think orajel is derived from clove oil but not 100% sure.
