I was exact same stats as you

June 2013 i started at just under 150 lbs 6'1"

First year of lifting i hit 185lbs and then cut down to 160

Eat eat eat!!! Learn proper form for EVERYTHING squat bench and deadlift and proper fking form

Things to stuff your face with (i found it difficult to eat 3000+ cals at thr start) fking use my fitnesspal so you know how much i eat a day

Peanut butter sammiches
Omelettes with cheese and bacon
Mass gainer shakes
bananas
Tuna with mayo (can of tuna 2-3 tbsp mayo 4 slices of bread and.elted cheese is over 1k cals)
Oatmeal
Brown rice

same, when I was bulking I just used to throw peanut butter, oats, whey, milk, 1-2 bananas and ice into a blender and chug that shit for breakfast

Same here but i'd add olive oil coconut oil frozen fruit whole milk flax seed mass gainer for nearly 1500 cals lolol

The " metabolism is too fast" crap is nothing, if you're lifting and eating, you will gain mass.

First night of working out went well. I followed the german 10x10 in the stickies and felt it hardcore. Planning on doing that for a short stint to get some muscle and mass going, and then switching to a more long-term workout that wont stall.
Doubled up on creatine and whey. Whey is fucking terribad btw. Almost fucking puked.
I was 140.8 today
Hoping to get to around 165-175 and then sustain from there.
Got a juicer too, but I hear juicing isn't really that beneficial for you so for breakfast I'll probably start doing what you guys suggested.
Will start posting weight and pics here weekly if anyone is interested in seeing my progress.

lol, I'd start off with something a little easier, you might hurt yourself and I'm not saying that because your weak or w/e, your body isn't used to be worked out that hard

all u need for a solid few months

e; would not take any advice turtol has to give, guy been working out for 2 years almost with no progress to show

Sounds like a plan. Thank you guys for all the help and suggestions. Don't really have any friends/family who lift. Everyone too busy drugging lol

vouch 5x5 if you want to become stronger

other than that just look up simple hypertrophy routines on google if you want mass
