pretty much what everyone said.
cut out dairy as best as you can
ive heard things about pnut butter b4 as deathbv said but idk, personally im fine with it
cut down on sugar
increase vegetables
most important dont stress out about it
if you can id get a blood test, y not, idk how it is for you but physicals are free for me

same here. bad bacne and also on shoulders for the past year or so.
i started taking an antibiotic from a dermatologist and it's helping... but it's still bad.

Id see a dermatologist sometimes that's the best way to go. Might be a little pricy but they have the real medicine not home remedies or acne medicine you buy online. Also yea cut down on sugar.

mix this with ACV, and apply to acne area.

It could be entirely genetic.

I don't over consume protein, I don't gear, I have less than 10g of listed sugar a day, and I wash my face/body and moisturize, but I still have acne.

Dairy is a myth imo , unless you're talking just milk. I cut out milk and my acne is gone but that doesn't mean it has anything to do with reducing my acne because I still eat lots of cheese.

Diet is generally irrelevant. This is coming from someone who had severe acne for about 8 years.

The only time I actually broke out from food was just from alcohol and being dehydrated , always break out a bit after a night of drinking.

well, I was clear for about 2 months, zero added sugar in my diet, until about 4 days ago... ate a half 10x10 tray of brownies... LOL so ya... but whatever. If you live life so strictly that you cant enjoy yourself every little bit, whats the point
