only HGH is proven to make you grow, and it is reserved for people that need it. imo you need to give up on this silly idea and focus on maximising your natural growth potential from getting enough sleep and eating right.
arnt you like 16/17? most people stop growing around 17-18 unless you're a late bloomer, it is unlikely that you would grow by more than an inch anyway. most of the people getting height after their teenage years is bogus or massively exaggerated
