My bf% is about 15-16%. I'm 24, 186 pounds, 5'11.

I've been eating 2050 kcal but everyone in this thread says to eat more. How much should I eat?

Everybody is gonna be a little different. Start eating 2400 for a couple weeks and see how you feel/look/weigh. Add/subtract 100 cals as needed. If you wanna keep your numbers up, lower volume & reps a tad.

We can tell you figures, but 99.9% of the time your maths and measuring will be wrong

You may think ur eating 2000, but you might be at 2200

Keepp your diet constant, gauge results, change eating depending on results

Edit: lightman said ur a lil bitch but I think ur ok man

i wouldn't jump 400 cals to start, would try 150-200 first, see how it goes, then adjust from there
