I mean, the ingredients matter when it comes to burners and gainers, but otherwise if it was in no order, it makes sense. Where I'd argue is that you don't need meal replacement bars or gainers when you can just eat food; whey is great because it's a bitch to get enough protein if you're looking to make serious gains. And multi-vitamins are 100% a waste if you have a good diet. Moreover most multis force your body to buffer against acidity, which is needless and potentially harmful; and some may draw calcium in the process. The omega-3 choice is just what's available, otherwise they wouldn't pick seal oil. Any list will have its problems but that list is ... solid.
I see. They argued in the article that seal oil is the best source of omega-3 and other fatty acids. apparently fish oils have low levels of DPA which seal oil has plenty of.
I could see the importance of gainers if you need to eat say... 6000 calories (bulking on roids) per day yet only have the appetite to eat ~ 5000 kcals/day you could just drink an extra 1000kcals via gainer
as for protein bars.. is there any other way of quickly consuming 40 grams of protein from something you can literally keep in your pocket?
