you were just lazy your entire life, this is new to you.

^ take it from this guy. The only athletic accomplishments he's ever had in his entire life is the recent, quote unquote, hyp training. He's as lanky, loopy, and un fucking coordinated as cher himself.

Just don't develop a god complex once you've reached your goals op and you're a-okay.

Lmfao, because this string bean bitch has been training twice as long as me and gets only half my reps and weight.

Keep posting other powerlifting vids in the vid thread to mask your own pathetic failure as any kind of trainee you worthless piece of uneducated trash.

a beginner's frequency should be 3 times a week, how's that? such big gaps in diminishing returns that make it worth while over intensity or volume.
funny how you instantly speak of advanced lifters' experience when you're admittedly a newbie.

all in all, twice is just fine. not hell or anything, you were just lazy your entire life, this is new to you.

Your opinion of lazy = not lifting... I was a swimmer/ water polo player in high school and a rec basketball player in my university days. Just because I did not lift weights does not mean that I was lazy or a couch potato.

Second, my thread was created in hopes of receiving advice from people who had already done a PHAT cycle or someone who could further educate me on an optimal stack or point out deficiencies within my supplementation or my modification to Layne's program. So if you have nothing to contribute gtfo of my thread.

A 1x/week frequency is not optimal period. I don't know why you are trying to argue with this tbh.

Hmmmm where did I say training once a week was more optimal than twice?

I may have misread but its not the frequency that is too high for beginners its the volume.

Terrific, probably the most optimal amount of supplements per different exercise ratio for making good gains
