why the fuck would u use powder or pills like that, its not like 30g protien shake is gonna make you hulk anyway

Pretty sure protein still gets absorbed. It's the sugar portion that doesn't.

depends on contact time in the lumen. diarrhea could possible be expelled before aminos could fully be absorbed but i dont think you'll die of malnutrition

true thanks, not too worried about malnutrition

just worried that if the protein is expelled or most of it is before absorption, then it really would be about pointless to take the protein

but if the protein is still absorbed, might be worth it to have bit of water shits on days that i wont be going out much and just deal with it, take less of it at a time, etc.

yeah it depends how soon the onset of the diarrhea is after ingestion. it is quite possible that you will shit out a lot of the protein, i feel like travel times across intestinal cells arent quite as quick as the adverse reaction
