Stop smoking for one, and if you're really interested, measure your caloric intake and macros along with your weight and keep increasing calories until you see an increase in body weight. Measure weight on a weekly basis
i've tried quitting multiples time in my life and can't do it. i started 5 years ago (when i was 16) and it's been going on strong

do not wait for 2-3weeks, start to lift right now, today...
eat many carbs and proteins, especially in mornings. sit while u re eating, chill and enjoy ur meal. do not eat in stress and while walking somewhere. sleep like 7-8 hours a day. train like 3times a week, do not do any cardio at start with ur skinny body...drink like 4litres of clean water a day, eat like each 2-3hours. train with ur bodyweight from start, gym might be okay when ur body gets used to some kind of training.
the reason i say in a few weeks because i'm still in california, i want to start this new diet and workout immediately when i get back

Not even but still... I gained 55 pounds with that kind of food/activities when I quit smoking... If you want to gain weight...!
Other than that, eating well is simple and doesn't require to always be cooking!
I barely cook once a week and I'm now 6ft 210lbs with a pretty decent body shape.
~70% of what you look like is because of what goes in/out of your body, eating/drinking mostly.
/e If you are to hit the gym, ask them about all that they'll help you more than jspers most of the time.
Don't fall where most do: "Only this time, I ate pretty well this month/week/today/etc..."
thx man
