100s are my 225 equivalent i would say. You get 100s for 10 chances are you will get 225 for 6-8 minimum.
That seems about right.
I did that my sophomore year of H.S. exactly.
In terms of benching and any other lifts in regards to max outs and reps...it's actually two simultaneous "paths" to work toward.
You never want to be lacking in one element. My endurance could have been way better for my bench max back then.
I had a physics teacher I was friends with in my H.S. who, at the time was 41 years old, about 5'9" 200 lbs and would rep out 225 x 20, 405 x 5, and easily and his max out was 455.
Myself on the other hand at 17 at 5'10 1/2" and 212 lbs, was hitting 225 x 18 or so, 405 x 3 and maxing out at 460 lbs.
Slight variations.
E: BIG TIP is to really work on seated DB military presses!
That blasted my bench reps and bench max even higher...
Freshman year of College I was handling 120 lbs DB's seated military for 2 to 3 sets of 7-8 reps.
