- chest
- neck
- forearms
- thighs
- calves
- waist
I will try to buy a measuring tape so I can get that information (I'm curious myself). I don't think all my mass is in my legs though.
I mean I have been lifting on and off for like 5 years or so, but I have never trained with mass as my goal.
