Crossfit got me good abs , never had a core like I do now
Couldn't tell you any body building ab training but I know with weight added
is better . I do a lot of v sit ab crunches and toes to bar and knees to elbows . Luckily in crossfit we hit abs a lot . Wish we hit chest more
