I would recommend eating a fuck load. Take what you think that is, and painfully force feed yourself until your stomach hurts from eating so much. Your stomach will expand, which in turn will allow you to eat more. Make sure this is healthy, don't eat McDonalds for the free calories. Honestly, eat if you aren't hungry, make sure you are consuming shit tons of food. I would also recommend Starting Strength as a very basic program that should help you gain some mass. It will also help you learn the big 3. Don't be afraid to start small, you will get gains, but you will need 3 days a week minimum.

Zzz eating to pain is horrible advice. You can easily achieve caloric goals without stretching your stomach ... Stretching your stomach is the worst feeling evarrrr

Just eat more meals rather a few huge meals

Buckle your seatbelt and be prepared for a long ride cuz muscle isn't going to appear over night. Make a lifestyle change and stay with it for the many years to come
