I calculated what my intake should be at 1.5-2g per LB of body weight which is 262.5 to 350.. I figured id stick in the middle... this is what my trainer told me..

170 ish grams of protein is more than enough for your weight imo
I try to stick around 260 g carbs and around 110 g fat..
/e its not exactly 300g protein/ 260 g carbs/ 110 g fat/ 3000 calories everyday most days I fall under this..
If im doing something wrong please inform me like I said im new to this..
