potential vs current:

Chest 48" - 41"
thighs 26.2" - 26"
biceps: 16.7" vs 17"
calves 16.5" vs 17.5"
weight: 218 lbs vs 195 lbs roughly.

why dat massive fucking chest lol ?

And it seems I've met or succeeded every measurement while being 25 lbs less than what they think.

I wrote 13% body fat, no idea if its correct or not, probably not.

It isn't really a massive chest, my chest is only 1" smaller than yours but i weigh 40 lbs less.

Well I'm currently bigger in every way than my "potential" except chest, which is 7 inches smaller (quite a big difference)

Then again, my chest just might be my weakest point now that I've built my delts quite nicely (they were always tiny and weak as phuck)

Still a 45 inch chest seems quite massive to me, let alone 48" and being everything else being ~ an inch or two smaller, that seems massively disproportionate.

IIRC from your picture, this was the case. Your chest looked like it was lagging behind the rest of you. my arms lag behind the rest of my upper body.

My best friend's been saying that for the last 4 years lol.

Never listened to him since he has a huge fucking gorilla chest. His chest and lats are almost to big for the rest of his body. I guess I just kept believing his were just overdeveloped and mine normal but eh, maybe they're a bit underdeveloped then.

just depends on what YOUR "ideal" is. I'm judging you based on my opinion of ideal.

"I'm sorry, you must enter an ankle circumference between 6.8 and 12.3 inches"

My ankles are 13 inches. So I changed that stat down to 12.3.

"I'm sorry, you must enter a bodyfat percentage between 4.5% and 20.0%"

My bodyfat is more than 20% by quite a bit now, cause I never stopped stuffing my face. So I changed the bodyfat stat to 20%.

Height: 75 in Wrist: 9 in
Ankle: 12.3 in

Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~20% bodyfat is: 299.4 lbs

Your estimated maximum bulked bodyweight at ~20% bodyfat is: 311.4 lbs

Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:

Chest: 56.9 in Biceps: 20.1 in
Forearms: 16.1 in Neck: 19.6 in
Thighs: 30.6 in Calves: 20.5 in

I had way bigger measurements than those back in the day.
