those eggs are hideous. its so easy to make scrambled eggs.

cold pan. crack eggs right into pan. scramble AS youre cooking (do not salt until the end). do not use a whisk, use a spatula. work the egg. when the eggs starts to actually cook and begin to dry, THEN add your milk, AS needed. dont cook them out all the way, as the residual heat in the pan will continue to cook them after you take it off the heat. youre welcome.

Thanks for the tips lol. Did opposite of everything you said haha.

I scramble my eggs prior to putting them into a low-medium pan and they've been the best result after years of egg failure hardship.

I did this:
- crack eggs into bowl, scramble em with whisk
- add milk into bowl, scramble more with whisk
- put pan on stove low-medium, add oil to pan
- when pan heated up, pour bowl into pan
- add salt and pepper
- whisk constantly until eggs are fluffy
- take pan off stove and pour excess liquid from pan into sink
- then empty pan onto plate, add more salt
- done

Your eggs were over whisked and over cooked

*In a super pretentious manner

Yeah but.. if you eat clean there's a good chance you get 0 fat (or close to 0g, so like < 10-15g) throughout the day unless you eat meals like nuts, peanutbutter, avocado, eggs etc.

i.e. chicken & rice 3 times a day, one meal with fruits/protein shake and something like cottage cheese @ night
