the stuff you see is an excipient used to fill the tablet - it is relatively inert ^_^

you should probably use the eating scheme that works best with your schedule since intermittent fasting may or may not, only marginally, increase your fatloss and muscle retaining capacities

however, the carbohydrate content or your caffeine tablet would be insignificant and not affect the fast. apparently martin berkhan allows for his clients to use small amounts of milk in coffee or chew gum which also contains trace amounts of calories
