Aight, how much would you believe? 275x1? 245x1?

Either way ill go at it again Monday. Its a PR I did before I started cutting so I imagine I'll hit 300+ but ill shoot for 315.

Stimulus helps to maintain mass but they're somewhat opposing forces so it kind of depends on the magnitude of the deficit still. Strength can be maintained fairly well with a minor deficit and proper training.
