Now 205 lbs.
I want to drop below 200 lbs and start lifting.
Without changing my diet and changing my cardio to lifting what's going to happen exactly?
Will I look smaller but more tone?

We have almost identical starting stats.
Started at 5'9/250. Dieted down to 230 before lifted. I'm now at 175 and I don't know what bulking is like but I've still made noob gains since it's my first time in the gym.
You'll be tired, but fine. Try an EC stack to control appetite/lack of energy.
