Go do some jogging first. You probably need the cardio and aerobic capacity before doing any heavy lifitng if you're really that out of shape.

i thought jogging was bad for gains, rather sprinting and short bursts of intense cardio would be better
im not heavily out of shape. i can run an 8 minute mile; i just don't regularly work out.

I for one like your routine brother,

You're obviously going for that fit / athletic / leaned / toned / ripped look not some over grown body builder look, yuck.

If you don't wanna get huge muscles and look rediculous it's simple, I wouldnt follow any sort of steroid minded muscle building program juicehead programs.

What you got is a fairly decent base program,
