JeFit.

Free and you can create your own routines that are stored with your own # of sets and reps. It keeps track of total volume lifted and estimated 1RMs which is deadly accurate (using the standard weight * reps * .03333 + weight calculation)

I use pumping weight. Cost me like 3$? idk. Either way its a great app. I logged my workouts for a week and through the next rotation it reminded me what I was doing on exercises for the previous workout. This way I can see progress much easier and make sure I'm pushing myself enough.

if jefit is no good i'll try this one, ty!

progressive overload?
the "train hard until failure and it doesn't matter" is such a dumb myth.

It doesn't have to be literal, you get a feel for where your bodies at with workouts.

By training strictly to numbers, you are limiting your potential.
