I always wear a pair of compression underwear when I go to the gym, but I ALWAYS have a pair of gym shorts over them lol

this is mainly to keep my dick in place, and flopping all over

If you wouldn't wear them out in public, you probably shouldn't wear them to the gym either.

If you feel the need to wear them, throw some sweats or bball shorts over top....unless 8 in flacid. In that case, let it all hang out.
