To the ones that showed interest, I'd like to add two things I forgot.
I'd start next week because from Oct 10-12 I'm going to climb Mt Washington so I won't have the best diet. (Mostly prot bars)
And also, I'm not the one who's doing the super as I live with my GF and her parents, but I can control what I put in my plate

If it would still work for you lmk please. i dont want to waste the time of anyone.

if this were true, everyone would be good at everything and the entire job of "teacher/instructor" would not exist. a personal trainer's job should not only entail constructing a sound regimen for their client, but also to educate the client so that one day they can become self-sufficient. similar to the way good teachers instill value of self learning to their pupils

bad trainers are certainly a waste of money tho

are you implying learning how to correctly lift weights and how to diet correctly are the same kind of difficulty as school?

Yes, it is in fact. Considering most of us took years to acquire the correct knowledge on these subjects. Fucking nutrition and anatomy are literally school classes.

It takes ALOT of time to learn how to build muscles effectively.
Wtf, i know 20×people who goes to the gym year after year and dont develop noticably.

see I do too and I've never understood how they don't develop muscle or are even in that great of shape. baffles me.
