Put an hour now and then to read about hot to msximize your training to get the result you want.

There's just to much info to write it down for you here, that's why they have a sticky and you can specify your search by using a search engine.

there are proven routines which work. you should start with those and then modify them later based on your expierence.
but you decided to start in the middle of nowhere which will just slow down or eventually stagnate your progress.

Okay so im going to live and learn as ive stated before im going with this workout routine for 6 months if I like it I keep it....

I would like exercises for these Muscle groups and a brief explanation of how to perform the exercises !! Thank you

Traps (trapezius)
Triceps (triceps brachii)
Shoulders (deltoids)
Lats (latissimus dorsi)
Chest (pectoralis)
Middle Back (rhomboids)
Biceps (biceps brachii)
Lower Back
Forearm (brachioradialis)
Glutes (gluteus maximus and medius)
Abs (rectus abdominis)
Quads (quadriceps)
Hamstrings (biceps femoris)

honestly, you should just google these.
its alot easier to understand and perform exercises by watching pics and videos where its explained rather than just explanations
