i had sf instructors teach us to ruck properly in ait, it is a dumb institution, but it doesn't change the fact that carrying heavy loads up the side of mountains and rocky terrain is going to eat away at your joints.

I guess the 40+ pounds I've gained in the past 4 years eat my joints.

I would use it with my cross fit rings and run ?!
but at the same time, I tried one 40 pounds (maybe because I was not use to) but it felt bad on my trapeze muscles
I mean I am actually preparing my conditioning for my eventual job in the army but 20 pounds vest feels like easy mode in video game
so I,d take a 40 + pound one but would be wear like 35 poundz at a time
or it is only just bad to wear that kind of stuff

Look up hypervests? Never tried one but seemed like a sweet system.

since shpping and cost are expensive

I consider the Iron Body weight vest since it's similar and can be found at cotsco

would it be nice?!

my search continues now I am on www. weightvest dot com/v-force-weight-vest/

I saw on bodybuilding forum it says it might be the best after the TITIN weight shirt

the basketball one type looks more confortable than the short weight one
they also say that mir vest sucks (china made rip off usa brand)

TITIN shirt looks incredicly nice but it costs 229 dollars without shipping etc

but when we look at this kind of stuff the price is not a problem right ?!

so what you guys think of TITIN, or v force

after read that TITIN is only 8 pounds I consider more the V force
