Heres my results:

200x45lb KB swings in 10mins (I was dying)

200 jump ropes around 2.5 mins

5.5mph on 7incline 5mins (treadmill)

3 min cool down on treadmill

But before all that I did 3 sets of squats since its my deload week.

Overall, felt good.

recreational sports leagues? this ain't competitive bro lol. universities run rec leagues for students, and I'm sure there's tons of organizations in your city that run leagues too...just need to google.

This isnt over, i need an idea for tomorrow. My lower back is freakin dying thanks to Bnrhodes suggestion

Bicycle, i got a single speed "road bike " this summer and have been killin it , my biggest Ride so far is 61 miles . It's quite the workout, especially hills

I like kettle bells and jump roping. You could do sprint intervals, which depending on how the ratios between work to rest (1:1, 1:5, 1:10) will create different effects. you never told us your goals, brah.

Im trying to keep my muscle and mass, and lose fat simultaneously. But mostly because my diet slipped bad this last week and I'm trying to make up for it by slaying myself with cardio during this current deload week
