No where near 10 times.



I drink at least 3L-4L of water a day and quite a bit of 1% milk with my protein shakes.

I gassed that, lol, I peed at least 5 times today, the first 2 times were still yellow, the 3 other were completely clear, like I was peeing water
should I be worried?

you get used to it over time.. i'm in tx and outside a lot, so i sweat a shit ton, but i am drinking 2+ gallons probably a day, and pee 3-4x

clear pee means you are over hydrated. I don't think that matters.

Keep doing it and your body will get used to it,

i dont drink water lol its gross i drink mt dew and diet dr shasta ONLY

I'm not exaggerating at all when I say I drink at least 15-20L of water a day.
