Kai is #1 regardless of what happens.

I honestly hope so badly that he wins it, he deserves it.

Phil Heath is younger and will likely be in competition longer than Kai. Phil is already better and has more potential to improve more.

About time to start giving up on Kai no matter how much u like him and wish he wins. His attitude is great and he will certainly forever be remembered.

(Now that I say this, Kai will probably win lol)

As much as I respect the effort put into bodybuilding...i can't think of much training more intense, difficult, painful than MMA training.

mma didn't even cross my mind.
