There are not many natty 500 lb benchers out there and probably 0 who bench 600 lb natty.

One of the better shot putters from the US in the past decade. The lift obviously wouldn't fly in comp, but yeah. 630 with no wraps, no suit, no nothing:

The top US (and world) shot putters right now (well, him and another guy go back and forth regularly) with 500x3. I got to hang out with him a few times as he went to ASU - stupid explosive if you look at his other videos:

Another ASU shot putter I am friends with and trained with intermittently (we actually play Clash of Clans together lol). Video is of 505x1 from last year, but he posted one on Instagram a few months ago of 500x3:

I suppose they could be on something, but the top 10 in the world (for sure) per event undergo stupid testing protocols from WADA..Which I assume would have weeded them out by now with all of their advanced back-testing of old samples (resulted in a number of old olympic medals in track being revoked and re-awarded). Not to mention the two I know from ASU underwent NCAA drug testing regularly as the top finishers at the national championships get random testing all the time and testing at the competitions - at least that is what they told me.

He did 400 with singly ply aswell.

A friend of mine is on his way to 500, he did 440 some weeks ago. Just turned 19.

But those guys Spoto, Kirill and every other person in GPA hehe...

Well, not many. Found this on the net:

"The world record recognized by the International Powerlifting Federation is by James "Hollywood" Henderson of the US (born April 9, 1965). His lift, the heaviest drug-tested raw bench press, was 711 lbs. (322.5 kg), on July 13, 1997 in Philadelphia, PA."

Can't be sure thast's full natty but could be. I don't see why a relatively experienced and strong lifter around 275-300 lbs can't get around 600 lbs.

That is shirted not raw.

The raw world record in Ipf is currently 260.5 kg aka about 575 lb.

Very strong; we'll see where it goes.
One of my bodybuilding buddies was benching 475 @ 18 for low reps I believe. Or 19, he was a year older than me.

ehh also his career was rip'd on the bench press. Torn pec just before his pro card.

That's so fucking crazy....
