Happens a lot! If you're focused on building, good form and going till muscle failure is more important than rep count

I always lose count always thinking of Jesus, his arms so big have to keep getting bigger I just lose my train of thought when I begin reppin because all I can think of is his arms bigger than his head

oh yeah. at least 3-4 times a week i lose count. usually on my accessory lifts only. (it's easy to count to 3-5 lol) and then i will make SURE that i go over, to sort of punish myself for losing count
