Shaun T's Insanity workout - Insanity Abs day workout.

Gave me a 6 pack in no time with some sick obliques.

weighted decline crunches are gfg
start with holding the plate to your chest
when you advance up the weight doing it like that, try holding it above your head - much harder, but even better for core

can also switch up between sets and do decline russian twists with it

I've heard to hold weight behind head?

I will experiment today.

holding it to chest will still allow for the tension to be felt on your mid section, provided you do the lift correctly and dont use your momentum to swing you up so much that you bypass all purpose of the exercise.

once that no longer provides enough stimuli, then yeah you can try it sitting ontop of your head, behind your head, or even arms extended above your head -- theyre all a great degree more difficult than to chest.
