I would say as low as 148. Everyone always over estimates their lbm.
Generally, the first 10 lbs is water/depleted glycogen.
148lbs is lighter than when i started lifting... I was sub 150lbs and looked like a stick figure with every rib showing O_O I'm 6 foot 1 =S

You're not going to get to 8% bf without losing muscle in a quick amount of time.
I just don't wanna be able to pinch any fat on my belly before i start my next bulk, i want this bulk to last like 2 years at a 300-400 calorie surplus
