its majority water and glycogen, and calipers are really gay for measuring bf, unless you can do that water submersion test, just going by the mirror is probably best

ahh alright =\ what %bf would i have to theoretically cut down to (according to the calipers) to be at 8% when i come out of a cut, and regain all that water weight?

Let's consider that Matt ogus was 167~ for his last bb show at 6 or 7% bf. He has 10x the muscle you do.

I would say as low as 148. Everyone always over estimates their lbm.

Generally, the first 10 lbs is water/depleted glycogen.

8% is pretty much what an aesthetic god is going to want (as a lifter with muscle mass).
You're not going to get to 8% bf without losing muscle in a quick amount of time.

148lbs is lighter than when i started lifting... I was sub 150lbs and looked like a stick figure with every rib showing O_O I'm 6 foot 1 =S

I just don't wanna be able to pinch any fat on my belly before i start my next bulk, i want this bulk to last like 2 years at a 300-400 calorie surplus

It takes awhile to get to that point eating at a deficit while lifting as well.

idk how do you peel a potato with a tennis ball

you are 6'1' 170lbs? that is small, you are probably skinny fat, no hate, i know its a bad position to be in.. if i were you, i'd be patient and eat at a slight surplus and just keep chugging along for a few months. reevaluate what you want to do after you slowly bulk up to about 195-200 imo..
