Yes. Incline and dips are the two absolute best accessories for every single individual on this specific program.

people still don't understand just how user dependent working out / lifting is..

if by user dependent you mean the amount of actual effort they put in at the gym. genotypic variation doesnt mean that one program will work for one person and not another. everybody will grow off of almost any decent program, some people just grow faster than others

have fun with 10x3 at 85-95% of ur 1rm. you wont get 10 sets of that.

Yeah, the number you program into it isn't 100% of your 1RM.

It's roughly 90-95% of your 100% 1rm, right?

I haven't seen the video of the specifics, but i assume it'd be a 3-5 minute rest period, and as Hyphy said, it's not your 100% 1rm.

Matt ogus posted a vid on instagram of him doing 10x3 bench press
