Again, I said I weigh myself in the morning, fasted, after going to the bathroom, before consuming and food/water.

Have you added a bunch of carbs/salt lately?

8 lbs of weight gain with steady macros/timing of weight seems pretty steep. Make sure you're measuring your calories the best you can!

If it's an electronic it can vary a lot because of humidity and temperature.
