I have 15 minute breaks at work every hour, so i have a TON of small meals lol
So far today I've had:
10.30am: 2 slices of cheese, a scone, big bowl of cereal with full fat milk
2pm: chili con carne with rice
6.30pm: 1 and a half battered fish with chips and mushy peas.
Had a glass of water mixed with some protein powder with my fish and chips as im off to the gym shortly. Will probably have another 2 meals when I get back, should be pushing on 3k cals
