Models/celebrities and I assume bodybuilders will take Tetracycline or a similar antibiotic 1-2 times a day for a few weeks to get rid of mild-moderate acne.

More severe acne is treated in doses of Isotretinoin (brand name Roaccutane) as a user mentioned previously, probably 30mg + daily for a few months depending on the patients body weight.

There are no laser treatments for acne, only the scarring. All lesions have to be gone for them to perform the laser surgery too.

no, a lot of the sides are just made worse if you're prone to them. i.e the MPB, acne, gyno (very user dependent) etc.

Starting at a dose of 30 mg daily is incredibly high even for a high body weight / severe acne. At a dose that high (starting) you're playing roulette as far as serious side effects (kidney damage, loss of eye sight, infertility, etc)
