Yeah I have a daily template set up, but just wanted to get some ideas for additional things I can sub out throughout the day.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh m9?

6'0" 195 down from 220 lb

Ethan was a huge advocate of drinking pop. If you really have that much trouble getting carbs, that might help. Though it's not very dense with calories, bad for teeth, and no micronutrients etc.

I used to drink an absurd amount of pop as a kid, and have stopped over the past few years. Now I stick to an occasional diet soda, coffee, and water each day.

It's not that I have trouble filling the carbs, with flex dieting I have a lot to fill, but just easier for more ideas to space throughout the day rather than resorting to 1 or 2 larger portions in the morning and evening.

Tupperware of plain rice sits on my desk during bulk phases and ill force the whole thing down before the day is through. Also have a tub of pretzel rods in the cabinet along with peanut butter and greek yogurt in the fridge. Alternative: cliff bars

I have a crate of no fat Greek yogurt in the fridge, might have to start eating a few of those a day rather than just one. Maybe make a few minute rice packs as well.

Trying to consume 3200 calories with only ~60g of fat is my struggle.

I throw some flaxseed in it as well, some nice extra carbs and fiber.
