Ethan was a huge advocate of drinking pop. If you really have that much trouble getting carbs, that might help. Though it's not very dense with calories, bad for teeth, and no micronutrients.
I used to drink an absurd amount of pop as a kid, and have stopped over the past few years. Now I stick to an occasional diet soda, coffee, and water each day.
It's not that I have trouble filling the carbs, with flex dieting I have a lot to fill, but just easier for more ideas to space throughout the day rather than resorting to 1 or 2 larger portions in the morning and evening.
