what is a "good" number? I have no idea, I can do mine atleast 20 though I know that

well at weigh in weight... i guess i probably cant at my sit on couch weight

Does your bw fluctuate that much in a day? Also 20 reps at 2x bw would be very good

That's fair.

I'm surprised people don't want to try it for fun though. No harm in having some fun when lifting every once in a while!
