Any medications you're on?
Family history of diabetes/hypertension?
Where exactly is the migraine, front of your head, back, etc?
Type of pain, shooting, sharp, stabbing, dull, aching?
Any fever or neck stiffness?
What triggers your migraines? standing up? light? lying down? dark?
Do you have any visuals/auras when you have them?

You had a concussion?
How long ago was this concussion and what did the doc say the severity was?
Was there any swelling
Did you get an MRI/CT done?

Yeah there are a lot of cases like that, you get a concussion, no obvious symptoms for a long time, then a year or so later you start getting symptoms and it ends up being a subdural hemorrhage or some CSF leak, make sure you get this handled (tests, panels, etc.), you don't want some sort of relapse.

Migraines are caused by an increase in intracranial pressure, so basically the pressure inside your head is really high and something is causing that.

Could range from simple systemic disorders like hypertension, or it could be something local such as a hematoma or some sort of soft tissue inflammation of your meninges/brain dura, infection, an eye disorder, or even nothing.

But it's best to get the underlying cause checked asap by your doctor so you won't get any long-standing complications later on.
