mine does the same, reposition it and try to find a happy middle.
Loosen it because in all honestly it shouldn't strangle you.
& get into position faster so when you're actually lifting heavy ass weight you dont feel the belt until you see blood on your shirt afterwards. srs.
ie: my belt is well over 6 months and still fucks with me 10mm
