Idk I always loved the movement, I'm pretty quad dominant so maybe that's why haha.

Good question

These days I like doing various clean movements and deadlifts, but traditionally my favourites were:

bench press
bicep curl
OH press

That was during my bodybuilding days. Bench press was a big deal to me, and I spent a lot of time on chest because it was a weakpoint starting out. Bicep curl was because it seemed really effective and I loved getting a bicep pump going. OH press just because it felt strong. No explanation but I just loved it.

Now I get more out of leg training and it plays much better into my fitness goals (basketball performance). I have been considering getting into more aethetic routines again ... but I'm already in shape so idk.
