My most horrifying dream was one about opening treasure chests

I kept opening them and nothing was inside, then on the last one, when the box opened.. a screamer poped out and jolted me out of slip. My heart was pounding and I actually had a heart murmur for 2 weeks or something. Fucking sucked

i found it's when i dont drink or take sleeping pills.. then when i sleep i have nightmare.
im not at peace even in my sleep anymore

had first lab today at school. so awkward.
it is true wat they call bpd-- the 'i dont fit in' disorder

Your problem is definitely the lack of drinking & taking sleeping pills, assuming that's the typical norm
benzos and such increase time spent in stage 2 NREM sleep.. so not deep/slow wave sleep at all. And it thus impairs time spent in REM sleep
after not using benzos, ethanol, barbituates, etc when you're used to them, you'll experience REM rebound. Nightmares are very common during this phenomenon.

Easy, control the dream. I too had nightmares once, I rarely remember dreams these days, but if its a nightmare I just change it and basically become unstoppable.

SRS where's balla

Had them the last 4 nights and this isn't abnormal. I constantly have them and I'm tired ofbwakin up like I go to sleep-- alone and afraid

I used to have the same one over and over when I was a kid.. I would run around in the basement of my house in the dark trying to get out but every door was locked and all I could do was keep running in circles.

This one I just had I was running from a man in a mask wielding a knife and I climbed a tree. He started throwing knives at me and then went to go get a ladder to come for me. I noticed before he came for me there were people all around, but when he saw me and I became aware of my surroundings again I was totally alone. Dark had subtly come about and light was fading

Then I woke up

I take a nightmare medication because I have horrible dreams from my ptsd. Its a blood pressure pill which works for night terrors and nightmares really well. I went from every night to just three or four a week.
