i know my ex will text me again

last time we broke up she text me a month later

this time we were way closr and i pretty much made her leave me cuz she was havin issues but i needed it to end for my own mental health and sanity

i know she will text me again and on tht day i will not know wat to do. it will depress me becaus i kno im not good enough for her and nevr csan be wat she deserve

will be a sad day. hope she doesnt contact me

i cant offr advice other than beatin off a lot remove the sexual component and makes it a little easier when u think of sum1 else on top of her

alcohol and pills help some. eatin some good fodo or punchin stuff helpstoo
