Weighed in today at 179lbs. +9 lbs gained since last 5 weeks
Current maxes:
Military press: 1x155
Bench press: 1x230
Squat: 1x260
Deadlift: 1x270
My back NEVER changes. I can hit it hard as fawk at the gym and be sore etc etc but it never molds into something sexci. It just stays plain and its so annoying
you are not doing it right then. people always act as if they are some kind of different species with different biomechanics. same with the "my chest wont grow" clowns
what does a typical back day look for you?
