So, possibly double up a few days a week or try doing say shoulders + chest in a single session?

i'd do 3 on 1 off something like

back/shoulders
legs/hips/abs
chest/arms/calves

for back i'd also do more than 1 vertical pull

what's your goal? strength, hypertrophy? both? In my opinion you have too much volume

if you been doing that for awhile I wouldn't be surprised if you told me you hit a plateau. my old training was almost same exact as yours, I cut down the volume, mixed things up, getting more rest and now I'm progressing again

Increasing size I find quite easy

Just up the cals, up the weights, up the volume


Increase stronkz is harder
