i dont really get why you drink smoothies as food replacement when you feel hungry already

vegetables, potatoes, lean meat

there is no reasons to make smoothies and i dont get why you thought it would be a good idea to do so when you are very low on calories already

Pro Action strawberry is hands down the best tasting whey I've had so far. Gold standard is ok but there are alot of other brands that are better.
