a few years ago i would make a shake with whey, casein, and ground up dry oats for breakfast...i fucking hate cooked oatmeal - probably one of the top foods i cannot stomach...so, hidden magical benefit = quick calories in the morning without eating slimy shit
other than that, not sure what the point of it is?
