The only supplement really proven to work with true effiacy is creatine and fish oil tbh.

I'd use creatine simply for general brain and mitochondrial health & function even if I didn't work out.

Whey protein is great, but is displacable if you can get enough via diet, but it helps a lot.
Same for the fish oil.. if you can eat enough fish you're fine, but it's nice to supplement with it because it's doubtful you will.

That's about it: Creatine/whey/fish oil
Also use some joint support sometimes. I've had a couple of strange bouts with either tendonitis in my left forearm or dull pain in my left shoulder that joint support always aleviates within 2-3 weeks. Too cheap to not use really.

lmao waste of money with 1 and 2, but can't say i didn't warn you.

supplement companies send their regards

And I kind of have to agree. Anytime I've lifted I tried to do it the "right way" by taking these products. I honestly don't think 1 and 2 make a huge difference either, I've just always used them.

So, yeah, maybe I won't use them - just always think about my body and making sure it's being supported correctly. I take a multivitamin and fish oil daily anyways, without lifting. I think just protein for now and maybe something like creatine or test. Still open to ideas...
